Project Background

The works under Contract ER358 involves the construction of approximately 1km of a dual 2-lane access road connecting International Business Park and Boon Lay Way, 0.5km of elevated park connector and improvement works to park connectors along Sungei Pandan.

YWL Engineering Pte Ltd was engaged by the Contractor as QP(D) to provide the tender and detailed design services as follows:

1. Design of vehicular bridge
2. Design of elevated park connector and pedestrian underpass structure
3. Modification and extension of existing park connector
4. Structural assessment and retrofitting of disused railway bridge
5. Design of at-grade drainage system
6. Design of soft ground treatment
